Executive Summary (General Business): Conveyance of property and public utility easement from Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, for space needed for future signalization and the installation, operation, maintenance, report, expansion and replacement of utilities, both public and private along the Becker Road right-of-way at the intersection with Community Blvd.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a Special Warranty Deed and Public Utility Easement from Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, for the Becker Road Right-of-Way construction.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a Special Warranty Deed and Public Utility Easement from Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, for the Becker Road Right-of-Way construction.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.

Background: In order to provide space for future intersection improvements, the City requires that property owners at intersections Deed to the City a corner clip of their property. Along Becker Road west of Village Parkway and along Community Blvd. north of Becker Road, the typical section includes a 10' Public Utility Easement (PUE) running along just outside of the Right-of-way as part of the platted Becker Road Right-of-way.
