2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC
3. Purpose: Marshall Parkway has been deeded to the City as a public roadway, recorded in Official Records Book 2899, Page 2933. A 35-ft by 35-ft triangular corner clip is required as additional right-of-way for future intersection improvements and equipment. This corner clip will be included in the final plat of Marshall Parkway. Additionally, a drainage and irrigation easement is required to convey roadway drainage from Marshall Parkway into the stormwater ponds within Del Webb subdivision and to allow irrigation of Marshall Parkway landscaping from the Del Webb stormwater pond.

6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Provides necessary right of way for roadway improvements.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): There will be no cost to the City for this corner clip and easements.
