Executive Summary: A Special Exception Use (SEU) to allow an enclosed assembly area over 3,000 square feet for a Crunch Fitness health and fitness club totaling 48,466 square feet within a developed shopping center, as per Section 158.124(C)(1) of the City Code, regarding the General Commercial (CG) zoning district. 

 

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the special exception use.
