Executive Summary (General Business): This application is for a Final Plat with Construction Plans that is 87.24 acres in area. The project proposes a total of 268 lots: 140 single-family lots, 128 duplex lots, and 4 lakes along with roads and utility infrastructure.
Presentation Information: If requested, staff will provide presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the final subdivision plat and construction plans as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the final subdivision plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final subdivision plat on August 25, 2021.
