Executive Summary: This is a request for approval of the fourth amendment to the St Lucie Lands PUD including changes such as: 1) Clarifying anticipated uses, 2) Expand the list of acceptable zoning uses to include Institutional uses, and 3) Update the summary status of the PUD.
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the request.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and recommend approval of the request.
2. Move that the Board not recommend approval and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the subject PUD amendment on April 27, 2022.
