Executive Summary (General Business): This subdivision application is a replat of Lots 1 and 2 of Mansion Estates to create six single-family lots, with a wetland preservation easement and upland buffer. The six lots meet the lot size requirements for the RE Zoning District, providing for a minimum of 20,000 square feet and a 100-foot lot width. The six lots range in size from 0.671-acres (29,228 sf2) to 0.910-acres (39,639.6 sf2). There are no public or private improvements proposed in conjunction with this subdivision plat.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution approving the subdivision plat as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide staff direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board voted to recommend approval on September 6, 2022. The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the Mansion Estates preliminary and final subdivision plat at their meeting on March 9, 2022.
