Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the subdivision plat.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the plat.
2. Move that the Council not approve the subdivision plat and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final subdivision plat with construction plans at their August 14, 2024, meeting.
Issues/Analysis: The replat of the property is to create one parcel from the existing three parcels and to remove ingress/egress easements that traverse the site. A major site plan for the property was approved by City Council on May 14, 2024.
