2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie Utility Systems Department ("USD")
3. Purpose: The purpose of the Well Site Conveyance Agreement ("Agreement") is to convey three one-acre (approximate size) sites to the City of Port St. Lucie. Once the City accepts the conveyance of real property, the USD intends to design and build three Floridan wells.

6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: This Agreement was negotiated between the USD and the Developer for the Developer to convey to the USD three separate one-acre (approximate size) sites. The James E. Anderson Water Treatment Facility ("JEA") utilizes raw water from the Floridan aquifer for treatment. Floridan wells pull raw water from the Floridan aquifer. Three additional wells will provide redundancy for the JEA well field.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The City is not compensating the Developer to acquire this property.
