1. Prepared by: Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative at the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
2. Parties: President and Fellows of Harvard College acting through the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative at the John F. Kennedy School of Government ("Harvard") and the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida ("City")
3. Purpose: This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") allows for our Bloomberg Harvard Initiative Fellow ("Fellow") to be employed by a third-party employment organization during the period of his or her work for the City. Harvard will reimburse the third-party organization for salary and benefit costs and a fixed housing allowance for the Fellow in the amount of $235,977.00 over the two (2) years.

5. Duration: The MOU is for a term of five (5) years. However, individual Engagement Memorandum for each Fellow shall be for a period of two (2) years.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The Fellow will work with the City Manager's leadership team to provide valuable skills and insight to support the City in improving services to residents.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Harvard will issue grant payments to the third-party organization for the salary of the Fellow through the remainder of the two (2) year period.
