Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed project consists of two 2-story industrial warehouse buildings. Building A is 13,544 square feet (includes 1,800 square feet of office space) and has six bays in the front and rear of the building. Building B is 9,416 square feet (includes 1,200 square feet of office space) and has eight bays in the front of the building.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the site plan at their meeting of October 6, 2020.
