Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed subdivision plat will create the public right-of-way tract for and provide for the construction of Community Boulevard approximately 3,200 feet south from the existing Community Boulevard terminus.
Presentation Information: If requested, staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide direction
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat with construction plans at their meeting of April 14, 2021
