Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve of the site plan amendment as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan amendment with conditions.
2. Move that the Council deny the site plan amendment.
Background: The previously approved site plan Sequential Services, LLC (P17-247), was for a 3,200 square foot warehouse with office space in 2017. The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the site plan amendment at their August 24, 2022 meeting.
