Executive Summary (General Business): Request for approval of a preliminary and final subdivision plat for a project known as Peacock Plat. This plat will connect Verano parkway to Crosstown Parkway.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the resolution.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the resolution and provide direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval at their regular meeting of February 8, 2023 meeting.
