2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and: (1) Bentley Group, Inc., (2) Forefront Architecture & Engineering, and (3) Graef-USA, Inc.
3. Purpose: The City of Port St. Lucie requires engineering services for structural engineering on an as needed basis.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: These contracts will each be for three (3) years with two (2), one-year options to renew.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: High quality infrastructure & facilities providing safe routes of travel for residents and visitors of Port St. Lucie.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Funds are budgeted in various accounts and will be allocated as projects are assigned.

Background: FDOT provides structural inspections of the City's bridges biannually, and the inspection reports are provided to the City for use in planning and maintenance. The City, as the owner of the facilities, must acknowledge receipt of the reports and plan accordingly.
