2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Accurate Drilling Systems, Inc.
3. Purpose: Installation of new 30-inch & 24-inch raw water transmission mains to service future well sites F-37, F-38 & F-39.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: Ratififcation of Amendments #1 - #4 included additional time detailed below. Amendment #5 does not include a time extension. The expiration date remains 02/28/2026.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The new mains are essential for the transmission of raw water from new Floridan Aquifer wells to the JEA Water Treatment Facility ("WTF"), allowing for increased potable water production.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): An additional $206,893.00 is being requested for a new Contract total of $7,794,320.70.
