2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and CONSOR Engineers, LLC.
3. Purpose: To provide an increase in funding to the CEI & GEO contract to align the CEI & GEO contract with the construction contract.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: no additional time is required.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The construction will provide additional intersection capacity, accessible multi-use pathways, pedestrian lighting, underground drainage and upgraded water and sanitary facilities.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): An additional $743,809.50 to the original contracted amount of $959,795.00 for a new contract amount of $1,703,604.50.

Background: The CEI & GEO contract was originally approved for a period of 500 calendar days between April 29, 2021 to September 11, 2022, which allowed the CEI to provide a constructability review of the project plans and offer comments and cost savings initiatives prior to the start of construction.
