Executive Summary: Mr. Norton is the current representative of the Board sitting on the SPRC and this is an opportunity to see if another member is ready to assume this role.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board select a representative to sit on the SPRC.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and appoint a representative.
2. Move that the Board table the item.
Background: Mr. Norton is the current representative. Mr. Spatara is retired and has more time available to serve in this capacity and is interested in being selected as the representative to the SPRC.
