Executive Summary: Approve the amended committee meeting scheduled for 2026. Move the April meeting from the 15th to the 22nd to accommodate a meeting already scheduled for Procurement and the City Manager’s Office.

 

Presentation Information: Stephen Okiye, Finance Director.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Committee approve the amended 2026 meeting schedule.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Committee amend the recommendation and approve the amended schedule.

2.                     Move that the Committee provide staff direction.
