Background: The City desires to replace a generator at the Prineville Water Treatment Facility (referred to as the "Lime Plant Generator") to provide adequate back-up power to support this critical facility. The scope of work includes an automatic transfer switch (ATS), concrete pad, fuel tank, fuel lines, and upgraded conduit and wire ("Project").
