Summary Brief (Agreements/Contracts only)
1. Prepared by: Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO).
2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and DEO.
3. Purpose: The DEO will provide funding for the construction of Anthony F. Sansone Sr. Blvd., a 4,600 linear foot roadway including water, sewer, and other utilities, located in Legacy Distribution Park at Tradition.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: The roadway construction deadline is on or before June 30, 2024.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Anthony F. Sansone, Sr. Blvd. will provide access to 120 acres of undeveloped land within the Tradition Center for Commerce located in the City's jobs corridor.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The Governmental Finance Corporation is contributing the right of way adjacent to Anthony F. Sansone Sr. Blvd., which has an estimated value of $860,000.
