3. Purpose: To purchase the Peregrine data integration and analytics platform to centralize data access, automate reporting, and enable real-time performance tracking for the Police Department.

5. Duration: The Purchase Order term for this software will be for three (3) years, from January 2026 through December 2028. Although the cooperative contract under which the software is being purchased expires on September 30, 2026, it permits purchase order services to occur after expiration, so long as the order is placed before expiration.

Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Improves data access and analysis by consolidating information from multiple systems into a single platform, enabling more efficient decision-making and operational performance. Reduces reliance on multiple software systems, resulting in cost savings and increased efficiency.
