Executive Summary (General Business): : On December 4, 2023, Resolution 23-R127 was adopted which created the operating procedures for Boards and Committees. Mayor Martin has sent the attached memo to Vice Mayor and City Council for their review of her recommendations to fill alternate member position on various boards and committees.
