Background: On July 12, 2007, Herbet Mingace and Nancy J. Mingace, the former owners of the subject parcels, executed a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants relative to Lots 11 and 26, Block 780, Port St. Lucie Section Eighteen. The Declaration of Restrictive Covenants encumbers Lots 11 and 26 so that the lots would be considered a single residential unit.
Issues/Analysis: Gabriella Pappalardo and Raffaele Pappalardo, the current owners of the subject parcels, now wish to convey, devise, or develop Lot 26 independently of Lot 11. The total amount of administrative charges owed to the City has been paid in full. Upon approval by City Council, the Termination of Declaration of Restrictive Covenants will be recorded with the St. Lucie County Clerk.
