Executive Summary (General Business): The City has received an application for site plan approval for a 10,925 square foot retail commercial building for a project known as Fondura Plaza. The subject property is located within the Fondura Square Planned Unit Development (PUD) and is legally described as Fondura Square 1st Replat, Tract B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 55, Pages 5 and 6, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The Fondura Square PUD allows retail sales and service as a permitted use.

 

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation if requested.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the major site plan as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.

2.                     Move that the Council deny the request and provide direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the major site plan and landscape plans at their September 10, 2025, meeting.
