Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed DRI amendment includes changes to Map H-1, the Master Plan; Map G, Environmental Exhibit; and the development order conditions.
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide staff direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the DRI Amendment at their February 2, 2021 meeting.
