Presentation Information: Thomas Salvador with the City’s design consultant, Culpepper & Terpening, will provide a 30-minute presentation on the current progress of the design phase.
Background:
Village Green Drive Master Plan The Village Green Drive Corridor Revitalization Project is intended to kick-start eastern Port St. Lucie’s long-awaited renaissance and vision for a revitalized gathering place. Improvements to Village Green Drive and surrounding areas will improve connectivity, accessibility, and aesthetics between Crosstown Parkway and the key economic, community, and healthcare hubs along this corridor. Recommendations as identified in the Master Plan include multimodal improvements, public art, and landscape treatments.
Design Phase The project is currently progressing through the 30% design phase, and an update will be provided.

Financial Information: The design phase of the project is funded through a FHWA RAISE grant and the city provided matching funds.

Location of Project: SE Village Green Drive from US-1 to SE Tiffany Avenue in the Sandhill Crossing Neighborhood.
