Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed project consists of twenty-five (25) lots for a model home park in the Western Grove, Emery subdivision. The model home park will have twenty (20) lots with a proposed model home in each, one (1) lot for a sales center office, and four (4) lots in a two separate temporary parking lots.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation, if requested.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the site plan if recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee at their September 22nd meeting. Staff will update if the SPRC does not recommend approval.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee meeting is September 22nd.
