Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting the rezoning of an approximately 7.66-acre parcel, from General Commercial (CG) to Service Commercial (CS) to be consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the rezoning as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Board.

 

Background: The Planning & Zoning Board at their April 5, 2022, meeting recommended approval of the rezoning.

 

The Planning & Zoning Board tabled the request at their March 1, 2022, meeting, due to the applicant not being present.
