Strategic Plan Link: The City's Mission to be responsive to our community.

Executive Summary (General Business): Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, is requesting the City convey portions of the road right-of-way for E/W #2 in Southern Grove to Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, and Pulte Home Company, LLC. The portions of the right-of-way referred to as "scallops" because of the shape were originally intended for the creation of a roundabout along E/W 2 to provide access to the property to the north owned by Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, and the property to the south owned by Pulte Home Company, LLC. Since access via a proposed round-a-bout along E/W # 2 is no longer included in the development plans for either entity, Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, is requesting the acreage be conveyed to the adjacent property owners to be incorporated into their respective developments.
