Executive Summary (General Business): This is a request for approval of a site plan amendment. The proposal involves the demolition of the existing minor league clubhouse, which is approximately 32,013 square feet in size, and the construction of a new 53, 493 square foot clubhouse. An agility field and new batting cages are also proposed.

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the major site plan amendment as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee with the following condition:

* The applicant shall provide a completed Agent Authorization Form prior to applying for any building permit.

Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the site plan.
2. Move that the Council not approve the site plan and provide staff direction.

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the site plan at their meeting on August 27, 2025

Issues/Analysis: The application has been reviewed for compliance with the requirements of the City's Codes and St. Lucie West Development of Regional Impact and found to be in compliance.
