2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Custom Built Marine Construction, Inc.
3. Purpose: Authorize additional services to complete the Water Control Structures #A-22, A-24 & the Twin Culverts.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modified.
5. Duration: The initial term began on November 15, 2021 and will terminate on December 09, 2022. An additional 10 days is necessary for the additional work. The new end date will be December 19, 2022.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: To aid in better functionality of existing water control structures.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): This amendment is to add additional services in the amount of $106,047.74. Therefore, the total estimated expenditure is $1,737,001.32.
