Executive Summary: The November meeting is currently scheduled for November 3^rd, which is election day.  Staff recommends rescheduling to Monday, November 2^nd for the convenience of the applicants and residents.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board vote to reschedule the November 2026 regular meeting from November 3rd to November 2nd, meeting to be held at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
