Strategic Plan Link: The City’s Mission to plan for smart and balanced growth.

 

Executive Summary (General Business): This preliminary plat with construction plans application proposes 160 residential lots and three (3) lakes.  This plat also includes the road rights-of-way necessary to provide access for the residential lots. This application proposes to revise the previously approved Verano South PUD 1 - Pod D - Plat No. 2 and add 8 lots to the platted area.

 

Presentation Information: Available if requested.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary plat as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board on November 3, 2020.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the preliminary plat.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the preliminary plat and provide staff direction.
