Executive Summary (General Business): The abandonment of the existing ten (10) foot wide public utility easement is needed due to the realignment of E/W 3 (Marshall Parkway) to facilitate a future Interstate 95 interchange.

 

Presentation Information: Staff will be available to answer any questions.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Ordinance abandoning the ten (10) foot public utility easement.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Ordinance abandoning the ten (10) foot public utility easement.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the abandonment and provide direction.
