2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and PSL Medical Provider, Inc. a/k/a Treasure Coast Medical Associates, Inc. (TCMAi)
3. Purpose: To provide for salary increases for Clinic staff
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Modification
5. Duration: Contract period remains unchanged - 10/1/19 through 9/30/24
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Maintaining service levels and ensuring retention of quality employees. Also, provides the Clinic with the ability to recruit qualified candidates on a prospective basis.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): $69,733.40 annually plus any additional increases as authorized by Council.
Presentation Information: Staff are available to answer any questions the Council may have.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the proposed Contract Amendment.

Background: The current contract between the City of Port St. Lucie and the on-site Clinic medical provider, PSL Medical Provider, Inc. a/k/a Treasure Coast Medical Associates, Inc. (TCMAi), is in effect for the period of October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2024. The existing Contract provides that "all costs shall remain in effect for the entire term of the contract."
