Strategic Plan Link: The City's Goal of a diverse local economy and employment opportunities.

 

Executive Summary (General Business): An application for major site plan approval to construct a 354,200 square foot warehouse and distribution facility, comprised of two, one-story buildings. The site project provides for Building 1 at 161,700 square feet and Building 2 at 192,500 square feet. The proposed project is located within the LTC Ranch East PUD and DRI. 

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the application for site plan approval as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee. 

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the application for site plan approval. 

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the application and provide staff direction. 

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee reviewed the request at their meeting of January 12, 2022, and recommended approval.
