5. Duration: Term is for three (3) calendar years.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Reduced medical claims by emphasizing early detection and treatment through advanced testing and patient assessment.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated annual expenditure is approximately $275,400. Future expenditures will be appropriated as each year's budget allows.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve Contract #20250188, under City Code of Ordinances, Section 35.08(a)(1) (adopting exemptions provided in section 287.057, Florida Statutes) and section 287.057(3)(e)5. (exempting health services involving examination, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, medical consultation, or administration) with Life Scan.
