Executive Summary (General Business): The City has received an application from Lucido and Associates, acting as the agent for Wylder Commercial, LLC, the property owner, for LTC Ranch Wylder Commercial PUD. The LTC Ranch Wylder Commercial PUD encompasses approximately 72.88 acres and is divided into two parcels per the legal description. The site is proposing to have residential and commercial uses.
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the ordinance.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the ordinance
2. Move that the Council not approve the ordinance and provide staff direction
Background: The site plan review committee (SPRC) recommended approval of the application on December 11, 2025. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the application on May 6, 2025.
Issues/Analysis: The public art requirement is going to be met by the installation of the "Ladybugs" in one of the commercial plazas. The art is ready to be installed so the applicant needs this rezoning so that the site plan can move forward and then the public art can be installed.
