5. Duration: Initial term of this contract period is July 2, 2022, through July 1, 2023, with the option for two one-year renewals.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Sulfuric acid is necessary for the membrane filtration process in reverse osmosis water treatment.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The estimated annual expenditure is $340,000.00. Future expenditures will be appropriated each budget year.
