Summary Brief (Agreements/Contracts only)
1. Prepared by: St. Lucie County
2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and St. Lucie County.
3. Purpose: The City and County desire to construct intersection improvements at Peacock Boulevard and St. Lucie West Boulevard in fiscal year 2024. This interlocal agreement allows the County to reimburse the City for costs incurred by the City for the construction of the improvements to the Peacock Boulevard/St. Lucie West Boulevard intersection up to $1,500,000.

6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The City's Goal of high-quality infrastructure and facilities.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): The City will fund the balance of the construction project in excess of $1,500,000. The total cost is not known at this point but is estimated at $3,000,000. The City funded the design and permitting of the project.
