3. Purpose: This contract is for the preparation of a 20-year Comprehensive Plan and the 2026 Evaluation & Appraisal Report (EAR).
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: Two (2) years with the option to renew for one (1) additional one (1)-year term.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: The City will acquire an updated Comprehensive plan and 2026 EAR Report. The completion of a 20-year Comprehensive Plan with a 20-year Thoroughfare Plan at this junction will provide a high-level long-range roadmap to guide and inform decisions moving forward.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Estimated annual expenditure is $199,815. Future expenditures will be appropriated each budget year.
