Executive Summary (General Business): Through this preliminary plat application, the Applicant is proposing 238 single family residential lots for development over two (2) phases upon the total +/- 209-acre property. Other elements include water management tracts, conservation/open space tracts, private road rights-of-way, street trees, and landscaping.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval at their meeting of January 5, 2021.
