Executive Summary: This is a request for a special exception use to allow a standalone restaurant with drive-through service lanes in the General Commercial (CG) zoning district per Section 158.124(C)(14) of the Zoning Code. The proposed restaurant would be a total of 2,841 square feet. The use of a drive-through facility would limit the number of parking spaces on site to the 20 parking spaces.

 

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval to the City Council.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Board amend the recommendation and recommend approval to the City Council.

2.                     Move that the Board recommend denial to the City Council.
