5. Duration: This task order shall be completed within one hundred fifty-one (151) calendar days from the day it is fully executed.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Efficient and operable facility and infrastructure.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): One-time expense of $2,748,553.00.

Background: On July 30, 2025, the City acquired the building located at 300 NW Peacock Blvd., with the intent of consolidating the land development functions from five departments into a single, centralized location. During due diligence, it was determined that the facility was not functional in its current condition and would require full renovation to meet operational needs.
