Executive Summary: A small-scale comprehensive plan amendment requested by the Diocese of Palm Beach, to change the future land use designation for 12.76 acres of property from Residential Medium Density to Institutional (I). The project site is the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, which includes an existing church and a proposed new parish hall. The existing residences known as Villa Seton are not included in this application. The parcel ID # associated with the property is 3420-711-0003-000-3.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the future land use map amendment.
