Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of the final plat and construction plans for Veranda Estates Phase 2, consisting of 122 single-family residential lots.
Presentation Information: N/A
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary and final subdivision plat with construction plans as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the preliminary and final subdivision plat with construction plans.
2. Move that the Council not approve the project and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee unanimously recommended approval of the preliminary and final subdivision plat on June 26, 2024.
Issues/Analysis: The project has been reviewed for compliance with Chapter 160 of the City Code and the Veranda PUD Development Agreement regarding provision of adequate public facilities and found to be in compliance.

Location of Project: Generally located north of SE Becker Road, east of the Florida Turnpike, west of Gilson Road.
