Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval at their regular meeting of July 2, 2019.
Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the ordinance and provide staff direction.
