Executive Summary: Executive Summary: A rezoning requested by the Diocese of Palm Beach, to change the zoning designation for 12.76 acres of property from Residential Medium Density (RM-11) to Institutional (I). The project site is the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, which includes and existing church and a proposed new parish hall. The residential component of the church site, called Villa Seton, is not included in the rezoning request. The parcel ID # associated with the property is 3420-711-0003-000-3.
