3. Purpose: To provide and install flooring services as needed.

5. Duration: The initial term began on August 7, 2018 and is a 4-year term with an option of 1-year additional term. The total term of the agreement cannot exceed 5 years with an end date of August 7, 2023.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Ability to utilize Robbins, Inc., for flooring replacement and installing services that have been competitively bid in the State of Florida that will offer the best value to the City.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Parks & Recreation Department has estimated that this project will cost $106,500. Future expenditures for projects will be as appropriated in each year's budget.
