Executive Summary (General Business): This is a City-initiated Text Amendment to Chapters 153 and 158 of the Code of Ordinances. The purpose of the amendment is to define and establish regulations for virtual auto sales dealers, revise the rear setback requirements in the Institutional (I) and Neighborhood Convenience Commercial (CN), and correct a scrivener's error related to PUD conceptual plan submittals.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the Ordinance as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the Ordinance.
2. Move that the Council deny the Ordinance and provide direction.
